Prepare a variety of baked goods—like puffs, buns,breads, cakes, muffins, cookies, pastries and other bakery products.

• Ordering supplies to the Purchase Dept.
• Keeping the bakery organized
• Researching and testing new recipes
• Maintain and enhance the food products through constant monitoring.
• Direct and coordinate bakery deliveries on a timely manner.
• Check all wastage and control production.

·Proficient in Baking.

·Designing of cakesKnowledge about bakery equipment and their operations

·Knowledge about raw material, it’s availability and sourcing formalities.

·Possess creativity, the ability to follow written or verbal directions, attentiveness to detail.

·Always act in a professional manner and strive to keep up the business growth.

Experiance : 2 to 3years

Salary : upto Rs2,04,000.00 per annum
